Support is what makes Strencom different from all other ISP’s. In this age of Technology and Communications, customers expect to receive a fast response, and a high quality service when there is a support issue. Strencom strive to always exceed customer’ expectations.

While it is not always going to be possible to solve all issues immediately, maybe due to third party faults outside our network, we consistantly solve over 90% of urgent issues within 30 minutes, and 98% of urgent issues within 2 hours. Regardless of the time taken to solve a support issue, our customers will be kept informed of our progress at all times. 

As a result of this dynamic, fast moving and flexible policy, we can put together support solutions tailored to our customer’s requirements. Where a customer has requirements beyond the normal service offering, we welcome the opportunity to discuss these, and put together an individual solution.
