MNO Model

Strencom, established in 2000, is a Multi-Network Operator (MNO) and provides Managed WAN network’s and Business Class Internet connectivity to enterprises in the mid-corporate sector. Our services include the design, integration, implementation, security and management of enterprise IT Wide Area Networks (WAN). Since its establishment, Strencom has delivered consistent growth in both revenue and profitability.

Strencom is a Multi-Network Operator (‘MNO’)

• Strencom provides services to multi-site enterprises, including the design, integration, implementation, security and management of enterprise IT networks (excluding local area networks).

• Strencom aggregates the diverse management aspects of the enterprise network services to a single contract that has a common Service Level Agreement (SLA), and a total cost of ownership reduction plan.

• Strencom does not own the underlying telecoms network infrastructure; instead, it contracts telecoms services from any, and the most appropriate, network operators to meet a given customer’s cost and operational requirements.

• Strencom does, however, own network-related assets including network monitoring facilities, a Core IP Network, and a network operation centre, which enable a single point of contact from the customer point of view. This is the intelligence of the network, and this is the area that we excel.

Why do enterprises outsource their network provision to Strencom?

• Strencom can provide innovative and agile solution development and flexible services.

• Strencom’s solutions are highly cost effective for the end-user.

• Strencom offers superior service delivery responsiveness and better SLA’s.

• Strencom has the ability to offer automated and rapid fault handling which is a key differentiator.

• Strencom provides a single point of contact (a so-called “one throat to choke” approach) even though the network is potentially delivered using multiple providers, and multiple technology types (such as ADSL, SDSL, Wireless, Fibre, 3G, etc.).
